James Goldsmith

James’ background is in business advisory and he spent the first few years of his career working in London for a large corporate firm. Having made the move into audit, he then continued to study and work in London before moving to Scrutton Bland in 2021. James completed his audit qualifications in December 2022 and was promoted to assistant manager in January 2023.

As a professional auditor, James spends much of his time providing audit services to corporate organisations ranging from large businesses and trading companies to small and medium sized firms. He very much enjoys providing proactive advice to his clients, helping them to add value to their business and working with them to improve their business practices.

Outside of work James is a keen golfer and is also a member of Scrutton Bland’s all-conquering seven-a-side football team who have won a number of championships across the country.
