Marketing Assistant

What will you do? 

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a variety of marketing activities, including: 

• Crafting engaging internal and external communications using DotDigital and SharePoint 
• Supporting the creation, development, and maintenance of WordPress webpages 
• Assisting in the creation of daily social media content, engaging with communities, and representing our brand voice 
• Developing dynamic digital content, including video editing 
• Coordinating firmwide events, webinars, and sponsorships from start to finish 
• Collaborating on projects such as arranging photoshoots, supporting our wellbeing strategy, and managing promotional merchandise 
• Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and gaining insights into online marketing trends

• Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy and quality in their work 
• Proactive: Confident working independently and as part of a team 
• Adaptable: Excited to take on new challenges and learn new skills 
• Strong Communicator: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

While previous marketing experience is a bonus, it’s not essential. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most. Please note that due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must hold a valid driving licence to travel to events and meetings.
